Local Hero profile: Hettie Belle Farm

"This whole operation started when we had our kids," says farmer Jennifer Core of Hettie Belle Farm in Warwick. "We wanted to produce the kind of meat that we would want to feed our own children." Nowadays, their wide variety of organic and sustainably-raised meats feed not only their own family, but over 100 CSA members as well.
