Connecting Point: Real Pickles and Artifact Cider

Despite being in the middle of winter there are still farmers and food artisans hard at work producing food for us to enjoy. With a little creativity they are still able to source their ingredients locally even during the non-growing season. In tonight’s Grown Locally report, CISA Executive Director Phil Korman visits Real Pickles in Greenfield and Artifact Cider in Springfield, both businesses producing products during the winter.
