About

Ancient Ponies Farm is a 13 acre permaculture homestead located on a quiet, dirt road in Shutesbury, MA. Here we host workshops, airbnb guests, grow vegetables for our CSA and farm stand as well as raise livestock. Our animal crew includes goats, sheep, draft horses, chickens, ducks and two livestock guardian dogs

Community Supported Agriculture

Starting in early June and continuing through mid-October members enjoy regular pickups of vegetables, foraged mushrooms and other prepared foods.

Each week’s offerings vary depending on what is available seasonally but we aim to offer a wide variety of produce including salad greens, cooking greens, roots, alliums (onions, garlic,leeks,scallions), fruits (peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, squash), culinary herbs and teas!  There are two membership options for the 2024 season:

FULL SHARE
Dates: weekly pickups (June 2nd-October 20th)
Price: sliding scale $600-$800

HALF SHARE
Dates: bi-weekly pickups (June 2nd-October 6th or June 9th-October 20th)
Price: sliding scale $300-$400
