We are a family run operation committed to low-impact orcharding and the production of high quality, wild fermented and natural hard ciders and traditional cider products – cider syrup, apple cider vinegar, switchel syrup, fruit shrubs, and more! At Preservation Orchard – the home of Carr’s Ciderhouse – we practice regenerative agriculture and evolutionary orcharding – low input silvopasture for carbon sequestration, no-spray for avian and pollinator habitat, and traditional and experimental cultivars for pest and disease resistance. Check out our online shop, or visit our new farm shop. (Open Thu & Fri 3-6pm, Sat 12-6pm, and Sun 11-3pm). Check our Facebook page for updates and hours, or visit http://www.carrsciderhouse.com.

Thursday & Friday 3-6pm
Our official open hours are limited, but because we are a farm, we are often nearby. If you are passing when the doors are closed, text our number and we will happily come out to help you if we are available. Likewise, if the doors are open but we are not staffed and you want hard cider, text us. We put the cider away when we are staffing the shop.
You can schedule a contactless pick-up by pre-ordering here.
You can order gifts to be shipped anywhere by ordering here.
Our farm shop is at our home farm and our orchard is across the pond on Mt.Warner (different location). We will be opening up our press barn and orchard to the public for our annual Cider Days weekend tasting (November 1st and 2nd) – a cider celebration. Due to Covid and social distancing protocol, we will not be offering wagon rides down the 1 mile dirt road. Please follow our facebook or instagram pages for updates on where to park and what to do if you are unable to walk the mile in from Mt.Warner Road. We are still figuring all of this out.
