FLF is a human-scale, diversified market farm growing vibrant food/medicine utlilizing deep organic growing methods focused on soil health, nutrition and ecological integrity. We grow a high diversity of vegetables along with ginger, dahlias, dried flower arrangements, seed garlic, various fruits, eggs and chickens.
Find us at our Farmstand Saturdays 10-2 (May-November); through our CSA program; at the Sturbridge Farmers Market Sundays 9-1 (June-October).
