Heart Beet Gardens is a micro-farm located just outside historic Ashfield center. We grow nutrient-dense greens and select vegetables. We use organic practices with a focus on balancing soil minerals and supporting soil life. Look for us at the Ashfield Farmers’ Market, mid-May through October.
