Oak Hollow Livestock

Oak Hollow Livestock is owned, operated, and enjoyed by Carl & Sara Davis and our children. Our farm is located in scenic western Massachusetts, in the beautiful town of Shelburne.

We raise Fullblood Boer meat goats, Saanen dairy goats, Mini Rex and American Chinchilla rabbits, exhibition quality Cayuga ducks, Muscovy ducks, and Black Copper Marans laying hens. We also raise Maremma Sheepdog livestock guardian dogs who are well-suited to working on small farms. Seasonally, we raise a limited number of meat chickens and pigs for sale to the local community.

We offer pork, chicken, goat, duck, and rabbit as available. Our supply is limited in order to provide the best possible care to the animals we raise and be conscientious of our commitment to preserve the health of our local environment.

Reservations for half shares of locally raised pork open in the spring. Pick up day is in mid-December from our farm in Shelburne, MA.
