About

Share the season with us! We grow certified organic produce, fruit, garden plants, and flowers on 115 acres in Granby and Montague, MA to share with the community through our CSA farm shares and farm stands. Farmers Ryan and Sarah Voiland and the Red Fire crew work to provide the highest quality, freshest food for the four seasons of the year!

You can find our shares in the greater Boston area, as well as in Western MA. We have lots of experience growing and would be happy to be your farm!

All vegetables organic. Items from other producers organic when possible or very locally sourced otherwise. All items will be vegetarian friendly.

Organic free-range Egg Shares and Fall Apple Shares available as well. Details on our website.

CSA information:
Certified Organic Produce Shares, Cut Flower Shares, Egg Shares & Fruit Shares. We offer a superb selection of produce grown in our 115 acres of fields. Our huge diversity of crops and varieties, along with our attention to the details of growing and harvesting, have led some of our members to rate our farm as the best in the valley for CSA shares! We offer distributions at our farm locations in Granby & Montague, and also at locations in Springfield, Northampton & the greater Boston area (see CSA sidebar for locations). In addition to great produce we have farm events, member pick you own crops, a great newsletter, and more!

This season begins in early June and ends in December for a total of 24 distributions. The distributions are weekly except for the fall share during November and December when they are every other week. We offer two share sizes during the summer, Regular and Small.

Our Old Depot Gardens farm stand is located just 1/4 mile north of the Bookmill in the yard of the parents of the Red Fire Farmer. Old Depot Gardens is stocked with Organic Red Fire Farm-grown vegetables, cut flowers and plants. Also local sweet corn, berries, honey, cheese, pickles, milk, maple syrup & more. Open daily 10 AM – Dusk from May until November. An even larger selection of local products is available at our farm stand located at 7 Carver St., Granby.

    Strawberry Sioree- JUNE – Strawberry picking, strawberry shortcake, local dinner on the farm. A celebration of June’s juiciest berry.Tomato Festival- AUGUST– 5k tomato trot race, face painting, live music, tomato tasting, flower picking, and other tomato themed attractions. Put on some clothing you don’t mind getting a little dirt on and spend an afternoon with family and friends discovering the local farms that grow our food. Keep in mind that harvest times are a little different every year. It’s always a good idea to call ahead to find out what’s available for picking.
