About

SHF&F is a women owned, managed and operated grower of field-grown cut flowers and a studio florist specializing in bespoke, fresh-from-the-garden flower arrangements. We grow over 80 varieties of traditional, country flower varieties on our 10 acre farm located in Ashfield, MA.  Some of the flowers we grow include dahlias, sunflowers, zinnias, Asiatic and oriental lilies, peonies, tulips, allium, foxglove, gloriosa daisy, hydrangea, iris, papaver, anemone, ranunculus, gladiolus and so many more annuals and perennials. We offer bulk DIY and wedding/event flowers and direct-to-consumer/business floral services. Seasonal flowers by the stem or bouquet are available at our farm stand from Memorial Day through October (open daily from 8 a.m. until dark) and at the Amherst Farmers’ market as well. Each fall we offer a variety of traditional carving and unique decorative pumpkin varieities in addition to flowers.  Visit http://www.sweethavenfarm.com for more information, to sign up for our mailing list or to order flowers.  We accept all major credit cards.

Just Picked

Put on some clothing you don’t mind getting a little dirt on and spend an afternoon with family and friends discovering the local farms that grow our food. Keep in mind that harvest times are a little different every year. It’s always a good idea to call ahead to find out what’s available for picking.
