Our mission is to serve a variety of healthy, flavorful meals featuring local, regional, and world cuisine, in a sustainable and environmentally-conscious manner. We purchase more than 30% of our produce locally. One of our goals is to become a national model for affordable, high-volume sourcing of locally grown food. Open to the public, we offer an award-winning residential (all-you-care-to-eat) and retail dining program, as well as catering. Voted Number 1 “Best Campus Food” by The Princeton Review for 2017, 2018, and 2019, UMass Dining is on a mission to change the way the world eats offering the best in healthy, sustainable and delicious cuisine.
