Easy Roasted Acorn Squash

Prick acorn squash with a fork and microwave for 4 minutes to get a
head start on cooking (can skip this step and bake longer.) Cut in
half, scoop out seeds, then cut into wedges, arrange on a baking tray, baste with melted butter and sprinkle lightly with brown sugar. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until golden at the edges.
