Apex Orchards Farm Store Grand Opening

Join Apex Orchards for the grand opening of their new farm store! The celebration will feature a ribbon cutting ceremony, hot air balloon rides, recipe demonstrations, and more. The new store boasts spectacular views of the Pioneer Valley, diverse fruit offerings, and a greatly expanded selection of locally crafted products.
Saturday
- 7am – Hot air balloon launch (tethered rides throughout the day, weather permitting)
- 10am – Ribbon cutting ceremony
- 11am to 3pm – Bart’s Ice Cream
- 12pm – Mom’s apple pie recipe demonstration with Sarah Frye
- 2pm to 4pm – True North Granola Sampling
- 5pm – Hot air balloon launch
- All Day – Bounce house (weather permitting) and Pierce Brothers Coffee sampling
Sunday
- 11am to 3pm – Bart’s Ice Cream
- 12pm to 2pm – “The Pudding Hollow Cookbook” author, Tinky Weisblat’s apple fritter recipe demonstration
- All day – Bounce house (weather permitting)
