Fermenting Workshop

On this day, we will demonstrate fermenting techniques, utilizing fruits available from the farm, including apples, peaches, and berries. Participants will measure specific gravity and calculate potential alcohol level of juice, taste test fermented products, and take home a half gallon of fermenting juice.
