In this program we will cover some of the basics in making maple syrup for beginners and hobbyists.  From tapping the tree to packaging the final sweet product there are many things that can go wrong.  We will talk about the tools used and how to best use them. We will cover how to reduce mistakes that often happen in turn helping to assure you are making the best quality product.
