Meridans in Motion with Nini Melvin

Come to Sawmill Herb farm on June 9th for a unique talk with Shiatsu practitioner and teacher Nini Melvin as we explore five element theory; learning to recognize the patterns of the natural world through the elements and see how these forces come into our own lives and daily experience.

Embody the meridian system of energy pathways through movement. Experience how the elements run through our meridians and our mother earth; water, wood, fire, earth, metal- air.

Move through the rising and falling as one element gives birth to the next, exemplified in the creation cycle of Chinese medicine. Experience the diversity within each element (i.e. water as ocean, mist, geyser), and how the elements can control, destroy or harmonize with each other.

Align your self with the dynamic balance of yin and yang, connecting you to earth and sky and personal and planetary healing.
