If you need help finding maple\, see our online guide for options near you. \nIf you want one more celebration of pancakes\, join us for Spirit of Springfield’s World’s Largest Pancake Breakfast! \n2024 World’s Largest Pancake Breakfast \nWe’re starting off our season of Making Food Fun events by partnering with our friends at The Farmers’ Market at Forest Park and Mass Farmer’s Markets for a morning of fun and games. Stop by and try our spinney wheel and take home a treat to start your season. \nHere are the details from the Spirit of Springfield website: \nSaturday\, May 17\, 2025\, 8am to 11am \nMain Street from State Street to Bridge Street \nAdmission – Free \nBreakfast Tickets \n\nAdults – $3 per person\nChildren – $1\n\nMenu \n\nPancakes\nSyrup–Not local. They use 450 gallons of syrup\, which would be a challenge to supply for an event like this.\nCabot Creamery Butter–Yea! Many of our local dairy farmers participate in the Cabot cooperative.
