SUMMARY:Wintering: Mindfulness & Reflection in the Off Season - A Virtual Class for Workers on Farms
DESCRIPTION:Not Our Farm\, with Oakland-based meditation instructor Anna Davda\, is offering our Wintering series for farmworkers for a second time! \nEach Sunday will center around a different wintering theme\, and participants will be led through guided meditation\, reflection and discussion. These sessions are held virtually on zoom in English and beginners to a mindfulness/meditation practice are welcome. \nIf you had a great season\, this is for you. If you had a hard season\, this is for you. If you work on a 4 season farm\, this is for you. This is a space for finding ease\, appreciation\, community and ways to tend to our inner bonfire during the cold months. \nDates (3 Sundays in December): \n\nDec 1st\, 8-9pm EST\nDec 8th\, 8-9pm EST\nDec 15th\, 8-9pm EST\n\nSign up here by November 24.
