SUMMARY:Feast in the Fields
DESCRIPTION:The Idea\nWe’re setting the table this fall for a new kind of on-farm dinner. On November 1st\, we’re serving our first feast in the field: a sit-down multi-course meal featuring Brookfield Farm’s own food\, served in the very fields where the food was grown and raised. \nWe’re bringing the Wheelhouse Farm Truck into a fallow field\, setting up tables and chairs in the most beautiful part and eating a multi-course feast with other shareholders and Brookfield farmers. \nSchedule\n1:00 pm – arrive and gather\n1:30 pm – hot cider and walking the fields with Farmers Dan and Karen\n2:00 pm – first course served\n4:00 pm – full bellies\, departures \nMenu\nMenu coming very shortly. BYOB. \nPlease let us know well in advance if you have any food allergies and we’ll do our best to accomodate \nAttire\nPick-your-own\, farm casual. Dress appropriately to be outside in a farm field. \nKids\nKids are welcome\, but the menu and price will be the same for kids and adults. \nRain Plan\nIf the weather looks threatening\, we’ll move dinner into the farmshop.\nQuestions?
