Financial Managment 101: Farm Life Pie

This farm life pie was adapted by Missy Bahret at Old Friends Farm from tools developed by Holistic Management International. At Old Friends Farm, owners and employees fill out the farm life pie a couple of times a year. Each person puts a dot in each slice of pie to indicate how well they or the farm is doing in each category. The closer the dot is to the center, the worse the score in that category. When connected, the dots reveal the size of the farm-life pie for that person: the bigger, the better!
