For Sale: Beef from Foxbard Farm

Foxbard Farm in Shelburne is offering customers the opportunity to buy a hind, quarter, or side of grass-fed beef this Winter and Spring, cut to order. All of our Black Angus steers are raised on grass and hay grown here on the farm. We do not add any antibiotics, growth hormones, or preservatives to our animals’ feed. Humane treatment and the ability for the cattle to express their natural behaviors is an important priority for us. We price our beef hind quarters at $4.00/lb. hanging weight, and front quarters at $3.75 / lb. hanging weight. Customers are able to identify what cuts of meat they would like to receive.
