Hiring: Farm Crew – Queen’s Greens

We are currently hiring for multiple positions on our farm crew. Queen’s Greens is an organic vegetable farm in North Amherst, Massachusetts. We specialize in baby greens, herbs, tomatoes and select vegetables. The main farm crew season is May – November. There are work hours available in other seasons also. The farm crew works in many aspects of crop production with the majority of hours spent harvesting, washing and packing produce.

Hours range from 25-50 hours/week depending on time of year. We have some options available for part-time work.

Ideal candidates are eager to learn, reliable, pay attention to detail, are team players and enjoy the demands of working in a fast-paced and active environment. All applicants must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Pay scale starts at $11.50/hour and is commensurate with experience.
