Hiring: Farm Workers – Natural Roots Farm

Hiring – NATURAL ROOTS FARM is a diversified horse-powered farm focusing on organic vegetable and berry production for a 200-family CSA.  We’re looking for capable, energetic team members to join us for fun and meaningful work in the 2023 growing season.

We are seeking help for the 2023 growing season, FULL-TIME from mid-August to mid-November and PART-TIME from mid-June to mid-November for general fieldwork, transplanting, irrigating, trellising, mulching, pruning, weeding, harvesting, and washing and packing produce.  We’re looking for energetic, positive, detail-oriented folks who can work well in a team and also independently.  Previous farm experience preferred.  Must be able to lift 50lbs. Starting at $15/hour with prior vegetable experience.  We will close the application window May 1st and begin interviews at that time.
