Field Crew Manager

Field crew managers at Dave’s Natural Garden participate in daily meetings with Dave and are responsible for directing field crews in daily tasks. field crew manager sets the tone and looks for ways to stream line farm jobs. Crew manager jobs include gathering tools and materials, training the field crew, monitoring harvest quality,providing feed back to the crew and monitoring field conditions. Field tasks include harvesting, transplanting, hoeing, hand weeding, washing and packing crops. This is a full-time season position with the potential for year round work for the right candidate. Work starts April 1 hours vary on the time of season but usually run 6 days a week, 7am-5pm this position pays $12.50-$15hr depending on experience.

General Farm Work

Daves Natural Garden is hiring multiple positions for the 2018 season.

Daves Natural Garden is a 40acre farm that uses organic practices in our greenhouses and produce fields, we also produce eggs on our farm. We prefer applicants with prior farm experience but is not required. Positions include weeding, planting, hoeing, harvesting,transplanting, some customer service, washing, packing and care for chicken flock, keeping the farm clean. Positions start May-December depending on position, $11 hr. hours are 6 days a week from 7am-4pm.
