Wellspring Harvest Greenhouse is seeking an experienced hydroponic greenhouse manager for a startup 10,600 square foot greenhouse in Springfield, MA.This person will be responsible for all aspects of growing and distributinglettuce, greens and herbs.  This is part of a community development and job creation initiative to create worker cooperatives in Springfield, so good communication and collaboration skills are essential.
