Summary of Position: The Land Access Manager provides leadership and vision for expanding access to land for  the immigrant and refugee farmers World Farmers serves through our Flats Mentor Farm (FMF) Program. This position plays a vital role in our organization as it is core to expanding immigrant and refugee farmers’ land access and capacity to build a successful farming business. This person will build relationships with FMF farmers of ethnically and socially diverse backgrounds, while building relationships with potential land site owners and operators. This person will facilitate and explore new land opportunities for farmers while supporting all farmers with business planning support and farm start up mentoring. We are looking for an individual who enjoys building relationships, is an excellent communicator, and has a high level of autonomy, initiative, and the ability to work with a range of players.
