Hiring: Land Stewardship Coordinator – The Hartsbrook School

The Land Stewardship Assistant Director is a part-time position with an average of 35 hours /week that supports the pedagogical and practical work of the Land Stewardship Program at the Hartsbrook School.

The primary focus of the Land Stewardship Program is to provide students with the opportunity to connect with the natural world around them, through hands-on, authentic experiences in a farm, garden and wild setting. This supports learning through direct relationship and enables students to develop skills and capacity and find their purpose and place in the world.

The ideal candidate will have a background in education, agriculture and/or the environment and an interest in Waldorf education.
