Organic vegetable farm in Hadley, MA seeking experienced bookkeeper and office manager to handle all A/P, A/R, payroll, tax filings, and general office duties including some sales and communications. This is a very independent role and most of the job can be done remotely though you’ll need to visit the farm a few times a week to transfer paperwork. Minimum of three years of bookkeeping experience, farm-specific experience preferred. Proficient in Quickbooks, Excel, and Google Docs. Mail Chimp, Survey Monkey, Facebook/Instagram, and WordPress are all pluses. Candidates must be personable, organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and a self-starter with good communication skills, located within 30 minutes of the farm.
