Hiring: Part-time Farm Crew position- Fern Hill Farm

Hiring – Fern Hill Farm is a small diversified agroforestry chestnut and vegetable farm in Buckland MA.

We are seeking a PART-TIME (2 days a week) Farm Crew member for the 2023 growing season, from May 1- early November. The job will include: general fieldwork such as weeding, transplanting, irrigating, trellising, mulching, harvesting, Greenhouse work and washing and packing produce.  We’re looking for someone who can work with others but is also fine operating independently at times on the farm.

Previous farm experience preferred.  Must be able to lift 50lbs. Starting at $18/hour, the position also includes a CSA shares worth of produce each week.
