Love coffee? Indigo Coffee, a progressive, wholesale craft coffee roaster, is looking for a highly-motivated and safety-conscious person to fill a part-time production position. No prior coffee experience necessary.

We have a casual yet professional, fast-paced work environment with an emphasis on quality, service,
cleanliness and attention to detail. This position involves physical labor and working around loud
equipment.

Strong organizational and communication skills
Able to adapt to an ever-changing environment
Detail-oriented
Fanatical about cleaning
Reliable, energetic, upbeat and punctual
Able to work as part of a small team within an established system

Requirements:
Must be able to lift 20 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds occasionally, stand for prolonged periods of time and engage in repetitive physical tasks
Must have a reliable car
Comfort with basic math (we can refresh your skill set if needed)
General computer skills
Excellent phone and customer service skills
Team player
Must enjoy coffee

Job Description:
Assist in all aspects of processing orders and general production. Specific duties include:
Processing and packaging web site and phone orders
Shipping and receiving, including incoming green coffee deliveries
Cleaning and maintenance of the production space and equipment
Maintaining an organized and safe work environment
Local deliveries in your car (mileage reimbursement provided)
Customer service

$17.25/hour
9am – 5pm Tuesdays and Thursdays, and once trained, 3-4 hours of your choosing on Sundays.
