Hiring: part-time Research Assistants – Sustainable Cropping Systems Lab at Cornell University

The Sustainable Cropping Systems Lab at Cornell University is seeking part-time Research Assistants for summer 2022 for
work at the Hudson Valley Farm Hub. Work outdoors with Cornell University researchers maintaining an organic
cropping rotation experiment. We are seeking hard-working individuals who are detail-oriented, comfortable being dirty
and dusty, and interested in sustainable agriculture. Main duties include weeding plots and collecting soil and plant
samples.

Our lab is an inviting, inclusive, hard-working community where friendships are built around plants and soil.

Approximately 10 hrs/wk. Start date: May 23, 2022 (flexible).
End date: September 16, 2022 (flexible).
Starting wage $15/hr.
