Part-Time Work: Crew Positions

Broadfork Permaculture is a permaculture-based landscape design company, founded in 2013. On the team, you work with me to prep and plant native and permaculture gardens. I hire strong, reliable, attention to detail workers who can ask questions as needed, interact kindly with clients/neighbors, and stay focused on the work at hand.

Work is 2-3 days a week, on Mon/Wed/Fri, depending on weather and schedule. Days are usually 9am – 4pm, with a paid lunch break and no expectation to stay after 4pm. Reliable transportation required, because job-site locations change with short notice. Gardening or landscaping experience can be a plus, but is not necessary. I have hired many excellent people with no experience, who simply had a desire to learn.

Pay is $15/hour, with a raise to $16-$18/hour after your first month.
