Hiring: Temporary/Seasonal Field Workers – Kelso Homestead Farm

Kelso Homestead Farm in North Chester, MA is looking for temporary and seasonal field workers. Our farm offers pick-your-own and pre-picked blueberries, which are grown using the best natural practices resulting in superior flavor and maximum nutrient density.

Temporary field workers are needed during the week of April 22nd through April 26th to help with pruning blueberry bushes for the upcoming picking season. Fields are located at at 207 Bromley Road in Chester, MA. Outside clothing is needed. Must have own transportation, eye protection (sunglasses), and work gloves. Must be willing to work all day or at least half of the day for the full week depending on weather conditions. Bring your own lunch and water. Work days will start at 9am in the blueberry fields.

Seasonal summer field workers are also needed from May through August to perform all manner of field operations in the blueberry orchard, including pruning, spraying, cultivating, mowing, and other field work.
