Looking for farming opportunities

Experienced organic hand farmer seeking farming opportunities- I have 19 years farming experience working with others and independently, most recently in eastern MD, where my farm of 3/4 acre donated 1/2 of  it’s yield ( about 5,500 lbs./ yr.)  to local food pantries. I hope to work cooperatively with others either as a farm hand and/or ideally, in exchange for land to pursue a similar project or some hybrid trade, barter that will allow me to pursue my passion for farming to provide food for all, regardless of income.
