MassAppeal: Experience a True Farm-to-Table Dinner

The Pioneer Valley has countless farms and so many restaurants that use local products to create excellent food.  We talked with Devon Whitney-Deal from CISA, Caroline Pam from The Kitchen Garden and Daniel Martinez from Bistro Les Gras in Northampton to learn more about how our food comes from the farm to the table.

Food and Farm Trivia Night

Join CISA for a night of fun! Study up on your local food, farm, and cuisine knowledge, and bring a team of 4-6 players to participate. Prizes for the first place team will include gift certificates from local restaurants as well as CISA swag!

Meet the Farmer Dinner at Bistro Les Gras

Bistro Les Gras, 25 West Street, Northampton
Chef Peter presents a special prix fixe menu highlighting the best our local farmers and producers have to offer. Farmers Tim Wilcox & Caroline Pam from The Kitchen Garden, Charlie Sayer from River Rock Farm, and Andrew Lacasse from What Cheer! produce will be on hand, along with Daniel Martinez, owner of Bistro Les Gras, to talk about farm to table dining, literally from the ground up! Dinner in the Fields with Wheelhouse Farm Truck

Crimson & Clover Farm, 215 Spring Street, Florence
Crimson & Clover Farm and Wheelhouse Farm Truck are teaming up for an evening of community, celebration, and delicious food. This sit-down, multi-course meal, featuring Crimson & Clover’s own produce, will be served in the very fields where the food was grown. Come enjoy the beauty of the farm, and share in a multi-course feast of early September bounty with community members, shareholders, and Crimson & Clover farmers. Chicken and Waffles Dinner at Bread & Butter

In partnership with CISA, Bread & Butter will be hosting a chicken and waffles dinner!
