Not to be confused with buffalos or yaks, Highland Cattle are known for their long hair. They are a heritage breed whose slow growth produces tender, flavorful meat. This family owned and operated farm breeds and raises cattle on their land, so the animals spend their lives in a humane, natural habitat.
