Alden Booth, founder and owner of The People’s Pint in Greenfield, talks with Phil, Monte, and Kaliis about all the ways their restaurant lives its mission of sustainability, while helping the rest of us do that too. Including:

  • Their local and seasonal menu, which Alden says is “pretty flexible”. Why not add some fresh local veg to your next quesadilla?
  • Their bike for a gift card program: get a $25 gift certificate for first 100 miles you bike instead of using a car, and earn $1 for every 20 miles after that.
  • Using less plastic and making more compost – a huge challenge for restaurants!
