Opportunity for a highly motivated grower – Laughing Dog Farm
Laughing Dog Farm, 2016, is a five-acre, permaculture-inspired, “Mom and Pop” scale, W. Massachusetts, hilltop homestead farm, green sanctuary and learning site dedicated to teaching/promoting/demonstrating creative, small-scale horticulture and husbandry.
We’re (a healthy, older couple + one foody/green housemate + seasonal WWOOFers, volunteers and interns…) currently seeking conscious dialogue/visitation and potential co-habitation with one more (a healthy couple?) highly motivated grower, a community conscious, foody comrade and land mate for righteous gardening, stewardship, infrastructure building, farm visioning, entrepreneurship and potential farm transference within the decade…
We’ve had two decades of success (and fun) with goat dairy, soil building, greenhouses, mentoring, workshops, CSA, orchards, flowers, seed saving, etc… We share one, large, anomalous home (needing more renovation and green retrofitting. NO new dwellings possible…). Looking for a highly-motivated, competent, strong, sober, eclectic, permaculturally-stoked soul or two (who only lacks the right land to work…) to explore the next level.
