New farm enterprise seeks farmer (vegetables or flowers)/partner in Haydenville, MA (western): owners have 120 acres, of which 20 acres are presently producing hay, maple syrup, and fruit. Farm and winery also hosts year round weddings; built in costumer base.  Owners seek a motivated and enthusiastic partner with experience who can start, run and manage a farm project independently; net profits will be available to the lessee. Owners wish to concentrate on sugaring, raising fruit, hosting events.  We believe that another food product would be a beneficial addition to their events and farm stand.
