Vendor Opportunity: Just Roots Spring Festival
2018 Just Roots Spring Festival!
Saturday, May 19th 10am-3pm (Rain Date: Sunday, May 20th, 10am-3pm)
What is this festival?
The Just Roots Spring Farm Fest is an opportunity to celebrate the beginning of our 2018
season! We want to welcome folks back to Just Roots/The Greenfield Community Farm, or to the farm for the first time. We also want Just Roots to host all our wonderful local businesses and organizations who support sustainability, local agriculture, buying local and building community. This can be anyone from local farmers and gardeners to all types of local business owners, community groups or non-profit organizations.
We will have both vendors and informational booths at the event. There are farm tours, food and live music and workshops at the event! This is a new event for Just Roots (we have mostly run fall fests, so you could be a part of helping us build a new community event!)
How can you get involved?
We are sending you this invitation to our event because we would love for you to come and spread the word about your business, organization, club, group, or hobby. You are welcome to sell your products, or simply spread the word about your work or organization. We hope this will be an opportunity for you to interact with folks in our community who are interested in becoming more involved in organizations like yours—or who will support your business, participate in your programs, or seek out your locally made products.
There is no cost for participating in this event.
When is it?
The event is on Saturday, May 19th, from 10am-3pm
(You are welcome to come and set up anytime after 8am)
The rain date will be Sunday, May 20th from 10-3
Where is it?
The Greenfield Community Farm
34 Glenbrook Drive
Greenfield, MA 01301
What do I need to bring?
Please bring a table for your display (and chairs, if you want them), and if you would like, a pop-up tent (or more than one). **we do not have extra tents or tables to lend! Sorry! Please come prepared for sun!**
Bring any materials you will need to spread the word about your organization, or any of your products to sell. Bring your wonderful self and your friends and families!
We will be advertising this event through our organization, our CSA, in the local papers and on social media.
We will also be posting flyers around Greenfield and in the surrounding areas. We will send you flyers, via email, so that you can post some and spread the word as well. If you prefer paper flyers we can supply those for you as well!
