Vendor Opportunity: WGBY Asparagus Festival

WGBY is planning to celebrate all things local and agricultural through the lens of a local crop at the 2017 WGBY Asparagus Festival.

The festivities will take place on Saturday, June 3, 2017, from 10:00-4:00 on the south side of the historic Hadley Town Common.

WGBY wants to give you — farmers, value added producers, artists, community cultural organizations, non-profits, gardeners, crafter/makers, and small businesses — the opportunity to showcase your produce, products and services to those attending the festival. They are expecting more than 5,000 people. It is a great way to speak one-on-one with potential customers or donors, offer giveaways, coupons, fliers and more.  We only ask that you prepare an activity and/ or to sample to share with all attendees.

Asparagus- and agricultural-themed activities are encouraged!

Fees: $50 for Farmers/producers and non -profit cultural and community service organizations who are providing a family friendly themed activity, $100 for local crafters/value added producers/makers, and $200 for small local businesses, which includes anyone reselling merchandise.
