Wanted: 150-200 sq ft space

Western Mass Fibershed has been working on developing a wool pelletizer project to use waste wool to create wool pellets for use as a soil amendment. We have received grant funding to buy the equipment, and are currently looking for space to house it and begin production.

Western Mass Fibershed is looking for a 150-200 sq ft space to use for the development of a small scale wool pelletizing business. The space needs a ground level solid floor and electricity, but not heat or water. Do you have an old garage or dairy barn? As this is a start up, we are trying to keep cost low.
