Wanted: Indoor Outdoor space for Learning Center

We are the Learners Center, Inc., an open-ended education community for ages 5 and up. We are thrilled to introduce our innovative center that brings forth a new era of education. The TLC’s model is committed to creating noncoercive and empathic learning environments, empowering children to learn organically and pursue education objectives that are meaningful to them.

It is with great enthusiasm, we are embarking on our first public venue search. We are looking for an indoor-outdoor space (indoors encompassing a minimum of 2,000 ft.²). We envision catering to a minimum of 20 members and our operational hours are set from Tuesday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, aligning with the public school calendar and closed on major holidays.

Our allocated monthly leasing budget starts at $3,000. Our ideal indoor-outdoor space would encompass space to engage in workshops, tutorials, leisure walks, recreational lawn games, and a commitment to environmental stewardship. We are able to participate in the upkeep of your current landscape, organic farming techniques to permaculture, animal husbandry, composting and environmental conservation. In addition to: nature walks and hikes, outdoor art and creativity, environmental studies, outdoor math activities, physical education, outdoor history lessons, nature based storytelling, mindfulness and well-neing, environmental challenges, weather and climate studies.

We achieve this by providing a comprehensive range of services, including Resource Support, Mentors, Tutors, Workshops/Tutorials, a Makerspace, Individualized Learning Plans, Project Learning opportunities, Collaboration Spaces, and active Family and Community Engagement.

If you have an indoor-outdoor space waiting to be a haven of knowledge and exploration let’s connect! For further insights or if you require more comprehensive details, please call or email at your earliest convenience.
