Hemp farmer looking for 1+ acres in Berkshire, Hampshire, Hampden, or Franklin county. I am a UMass Amherst graduate currently operating a small business under the name Western MA Hemp Inc. I hold liability insurance and up to date permitting to grow industrial hemp. We have been operating for three years in Chesterfield MA and are currently seeking to expand. Open to getting creative on how the property is shared or acquired. Lease to buy is the best option for me but would consider buying a property outright, or leasing depending on the terms.
