Wanted: Orchard Manager

An Amherst family is looking for someone to run a beautiful 40-tree apple orchard in the North Amherst area. In exchange for the care of the trees, you may have all the profits of the orchard (minus a share for our family)–farmer’s market, you-pick, cider, to supplement your CSA, whatever you could use. There are many varieties of trees and some pears. The age of the trees vary on the site of an historic farm. They produce well, but have not been used for a commercial orchard in a number of years and the trees need some care to be restored to full production.
