Wanted: Sugarbush

I am seeking a sugarbush property with larger tap potential. I would consider anything in MA, ME, or NH with at least 1,000 – 100,000+ tap potential. A reasonable tap density would be 70+ taps per acre, southern facing (S, SE, or SW).

While I will consider a straight sale or lease, I would prefer a lease with option to buy.
