WRSI: Nice Snack Parlor

Marcy Gregoire, the “Queen of local, organic shaved ice,” chats with Phil and Monte about opening Nice Snack Parlor in the Nova Motorcycle shop in Great/Turner’s Falls, her love affair with shaved ice, and fun events for the whole family bringing together food, cars, bikes, and music. The next “Nice Rides” will be Sunday September 11, 3-7 on 2nd Street near Unity Park.

Their shaved ice is flavored with organic blueberry syrup from The Benson Place in Heath, organic ginger syrup from Old Friends Farm in Amherst, and more. Hopefully new handcrafted local flavors in the months to come!
