WRSI: Wild Bramble Farm
Yes it’s winter, but local farms already have fresh-cut flowers to brighten your day. At Wild Bramble Farm in Northfield, Shannon Goddard is growing 8,000 tulips to bloom now! How? You gotta listen!
Just in time for Valentine’s Day, you can enjoy or gift a beautiful locally-grown bouquet.
“We’re doing a 4-week and a 6-week tulip CSA, starting in mid-February,” says Shannon. “Each Saturday you can pick up a bouquet of fresh-cut tulips here at the farm, and it’ll open up on your kitchen table and be beautiful.” More details at wild-bramble-farm.com
Or come grab a bouquet at their farm stand at 570 Millers Falls Road in Northfield, Saturdays and Sundays 9-2, or at Sweet Lucy’s Bakeshop in Bernardston.
