Agriculture – The Heartbeat of the Valley

A multimedia art exhibit celebrating the working farms of the Pioneer Valley. Co-sponsored by DVAA, Pioneer Valley Institute, Bernardston Agricultural Commission, and Arts and Activism at Bernardston Unitarian, with funding support from the Bernardston and MA Cultural Councils
All Day Opening Event Saturday, May 30 ~
10am to 4pm at the 1739 Unitarian Meetinghouse
10 am: Art Show Opens, Hospitality table
10am-1pm: Farmers Market in the United Church Parking Lot across the street
10:30am: 1739 Meetinghouse, Movie Upstairs: “A Long Row in Fertile Ground”
11:30am: Dedication of the Morton Endowment for the upkeep of the 1739 Unitarian Meetinghouse
12 Noon: Artists Reception and live music ~ Tinen, Bork and Kahn Trio
1:30pm: Special Guest, State Rep. Stephen Kulik and Panel discussion of “Critical Issues in Agriculture for the Pioneer Valley”
3-4pm: PRIZES for artists
Exhibits open daily 10am – 2pm during from May 30th to June 13th.
Closing Event: Michael Nix Concert Saturday, June 13,
7:30-9:30 Bernardston Unitarian Meetinghouse $10 at door
