Chef David Schrier and his partners at Daily Operation in Easthampton have built a remarkable restaurant. Their menu is driven by ingredients from local farms and everything is under $10. “Not only are we trying to build a community of local farms and agriculture,” Schrier said. “But also other restaurants.
