Hiring: Kitchen Crew – Kitchen Garden Farm

We are hiring kitchen crew members for the 2026 season. Full-time positions start Aug 3rd -Aug 17th and run through December 22nd. Full or Part time schedules (minimum 3 days/week) possible. We work 7am-5pm Mon-Fri (plus 7am-noon one Saturday a month May-Oct).

Previous farm or kitchen experience with ServeSafe preferred but not required. Responsibilities include working to harvest and preserve vegetables grown on the farm,  food processing, working on the bottling line, and packing specialty food products.

Strong attention to detail and food safety, safe handling of equipment, ability to lift 50 lbs., work independently and on a team, and eagerness to learn are all essential. We are looking for highly energetic, motivated and passionate individuals who want to do the work necessary to provide our community with the highest quality food possible.

Starting wage is $17/hour plus overtime > 40 hours/week, farm lunch, and unlimited organic vegetables.
